Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting mode.thecollection@gmail.com.

After this period, orders may already be in processing or production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Preorder purchases may only be canceled before the order has entered production or fulfillment.

MODE THE COLLECTION reserves the right to refuse cancellations that do not meet these conditions.
