Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Preorder items will ship according to the estimated timeline provided on the product page.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

MODE THE COLLECTION is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
