Return Policy

We want every MODE piece to arrive exactly as intended.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

To request a return or exchange, contact mode.thecollection@gmail.com with your order information.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 72 hours if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Please note that slight variations in leather grain, texture, and hardware finish are natural characteristics of the product and are not considered defects.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mode.thecollection@gmail.com.
